    Answer:- There are higher forms of life within this universe there are many many  planets, somehow we understand there are higher forms in right within planet, there are people who are born an in atmosphere, great intelligence , great piety, great spirituality. That’s very high birth that means they have begun in spiritual life whatever you have accomplished is not lost till death 80 % consciousness you begin in your next life 81 % with all facilities to continue that is the laws of karma, that is the laws of God, Now within this universe there are also lower and higher planets, there are planets where there suffering available that is far beyond our imagination in this world. And is also existences within planets where there is such long life and such immense pleasure that we can never imagine in this earth. This earth is middle planet. So besides going up and down within this earth if our piety or impiety is very very extreme, we can meet the results with a grandeur grandeurs  (1.46) sensual performance in higher planets form intense pain and suffering in lower planets. Bur Krishna said in Gita the form highest planet in this world ,in this material world down to the lowest they are essentially places of miseries because where there pious or impious, your pious and impious results are going to run out and then you have die. Therefore human form of life is specially meant to transcend piety or impiety to self realization and go and beyond birth and death. (Question :  2:30)  Depending on the person you are seeing in the places it could be true or could not be true. But potentially it is true in a sense various mystic arts we can come in contact with diseased, relatives, friends or other leaving being there whose souls astro level of consciousness and embodied. The mind and intelligence we can communicate with them beyond the gross form of communication. But the question is, Is that very important ? For self realization it is has no importance.  Another words what we want to do is realize our own true self , exactly the where about our mother or father or great grandfather or somebody else who had left is basically just satisfy our curiosity. To this process we really gain no realization or purification in our life. It is just like if you run away from home and your parents track you down they were satisfied to know where you are that means curiosity is satisfied. But it is helping to understand god? So similarly after someone dies it is a fact to mystical arts you can track  them down. But does it help you to solve the problem of birth and death? For them or you? So this type of methodology or approach at the most it just satisfies the curiosity. It does not really solve the problem of suffering for our self or for them. Q  When I die today and go into another body and my parents or my friends wants to call my soul...and i am another body. does that body ..what happens to that particular body) 
    Answer - See what he is talking about you cannot change that person's karma, you cannot change that person's position in life you can only communicate briefly

    Maharaj: No. He is there you can simply communicate with that person's subtle consciousness ,that persons subtle body or his mind. We do not consider this very significant
 
Question : - … to do this thing or that thing... It is only the human being which has 6:18 deciding you to do this thing or do that thing , I think it is same with the animal also like if you hit a dog he has option of biting you or running away. Even animal would have a power to decide to do the particular thing or not
    Maharaj : You see the dog is responding to immediate sensual impulses  ,but he does not have the power to discriminate beyond that to ask relevant questions beyond eating sleeping, matting and defending. You are talking about various dogs respond different ways to defending but the response is to the immediate fear. They cannot try to discriminate the solution to fear. Why am i afraid? How can i overcome this fear? They are simply reacting for the self preservation not for self realization they have no power to do that.  
 
Question : Death is part of life then why there is fear of death because it is part of life. Everybody fear about the death even every body know it is part of life)
    Maharaj: People fear death because they do not understand life. When you understand the true quality of life then you are transcendental and beyond fear of death.
 
Question – Sometimes you know that your mind is going in wrong direction and you want to control it  but you can not. why you cannot control your mind) 
    Maharaj - Because you see you have condition to mind to go over the mind where sense drags it. Movement after movement. This is like if a child is spoiled if a child is given its way all the time then if you say NO to the child it starts screaming and crying. Right? But the if the child is properly discipline to the love, devotion by the parent then child will remain peaceful even if does not get what he wants and he will obey.  So our mind is like child. We spoiled it, we  let him just chase after the sense objects birth after birth birth so now if mind wants something and you say NO them mind says YES...And there is battle you have to recondition your mind . Just like if you are addicted to smoking cigarettes why is it so difficult to give up because your mind has surrender to so many times to YES when you finally say NO ..It says NO NO ... YES. But from very beginning you say NO..But if you never smoked we have any problem to say NO to cigarette but even smoking for 30 yrs you have any problem to much problem. But we have to accept where in position , where we are today we have to make best use of bad bargain. If you understand the effects of smoking cigarettes no matter how hard it is you are going to say NO. It is going to be more difficult because of condition because you have been spoiled to saying YES. But it must be done but if you do not want to die a horrible death. So similarly the mind is conditioned by the society by the senses. Now we have to recondition our mind to follow the dictations of our intelligence which is given by God. Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita, in response to Arjun's question. Arjun's question is very much like yours, he said mind is so difficult to control. I think it is more difficult to control than the raging wind . And Krishna says YES what you are saying is correct but by constant practice and detachment the mind can be controlled. And what is that constant practice of detachment? Detachment means willingness to say NO according to the detection of your intelligence to what is not right. That is detachment. And Practice means to Say YES to what is right. To purify the mind just like we chant HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE , HARE RAM HARE RAM RAM RAM HARE HARE !! This mantra immediately puts the mind in the spiritual atmosphere. So when mind is by its previous impression is longing for something that is not good. Rather than just saying NO we have to say NO then we have to replace with something better by engaging in some charitable work the service in  God Or by chanting the name of God Or by reading something Or reminding something of God. You see Ideal mind is devil's work shop, as long as mind is idle it cannot say NO for a long. You have to replace it with something better. Just like if a baby child is having fun playing with a razor blade. If you take away the erase blade he is gone cry he gone start 12:44 give it back I am enjoying it. But if you give the child something better if you give the child some LADOO, then child forget about the razor blade. So we have to treat out mind like a child. Our intelligence has to be like a parent to our childish mind. You have to Say NO what isn’t good. But just saying NO is not enough  just going say NO it is going to find  another razor blade Or something worse. Right? You have to say NO but simultaneously you have to fill the mind with something positive or something spiritual. And through this process practice and detachment, YES, we can bring the mind in perfectly peaceful condition  where we perceive eternal bliss of soul within us. And in  whatever we do in life we can express that love.
 
Question-  14:00 You would say that renunciation. That requirements for living should go down, we as human has so many requirements to need million number of thing to survive…to get along with people..A person or Sadhu at ultimate level. Did  not even speak for days and years. Then you say that this person is better off. He is renounced. He is in higher plan of achievements than we are. The animals they don’t have any requirement for it..There requirements for life . I mean we just take the ratio of brain weight to body weight animals are much better than we are. There requirements for life . Since we price renouncing to be such a good quality life. Something to be achieved. They already achieved it. How can  go and say that… I mean whenever we talk , we say we are the highest form of life. We have achieved something I mean we are the best as close as the God. Why not an insect whoe wight to body ratio is  100%  times better than ours. He doesn’t need anything.
     Answer: You see... your definition of renunciation is incomplete. I will tell you a story and you will be the judge, which is higher sense of renunciation. Let us say that Devamruta he drops one hundred rupees  on the street and we all also see he dropped it. One person says Haa he dropped it... finder’s keepers...losser. weepers they say and it picks it up and they say it is mine. That person is called a thief. Another person says Devmitra dropped 100 rupees if would be thief that will bad karma upon me. I don't want to touch it , i don’t want to look at it ,i will just ignore all togther. That person has done really  any good, He is foolish. And another person say..ohh Devamitra might dropped 100 dollars And he picks it up and goes to Devmitra and says Please here is your 100Rs note. Which of the three is better? The LAST... Everyone agrees. So it is explained in Gita
" boktram jagat tapsam sarva lok maheshwar . Turan sarva bhuan gyatwam ". That everything is property of God. If you can create, maintain and destroy then have perfect control over something that is yours. But we cannot control, we have no power to create, maintain and destroy anything ultimately so nothing is ours everything is the property of God. So one person is taking the energy of this world which is God' energy and said this is mine. That person is like a thief. Another person is saying if everything is God's , I do not want to touch anything , I will not speak and I will go to Himalaya , i will just seat and close my eyes and I dont want to be incremented by any of these affairs, that person is renounced , but not as fully and perfectly renounced somebody who positively takes everything of God's energy uses it for best service of God and best service of humanity. To regenerate everything as an offering of love to lord and his creation. That is perfect renunciation. Therefore if someone gives you million rupees then u say NO NO ..I will not touch it, That is one form of renunciation , but someone give you that million rupees and say Ohh Ok.. I will buy my self a big beautiful house and become famous that selfishness . And someone gives you a million rupees and you say ohh ..let me see how i can utilize this, for ultimate good of all human being. That is perfect renunciation. Those things that can be used in God's service for the upliftment of others should never be rejected. AS being material. We should renounce the greedy mentality in which we are utilizing the things of this worlds. That must be renounced not the utilization of the thing. If a knife is lying on the table, people step someone to death and robe someone with it. A surgeon will cure a person from diseases and save his life with the same knife.  Is a knife good or bad. Everything in this world is potentially good or bad is only according to our consciousness. Education is good or bad is according to our consciousness. We are learning so much in school education is greatest power on earth, knowledge. If that knowledge is heart of impure person he is going to use that knowledge to cause great pollution, contamination and distress in this world. as  we see in society if that same knowledge if it is in heart of someone who is in divine consciousness , he will utilize every bit of that knowledge to the true well fare of all leaving being, in loving service of Krishna or God. So this is the type of renunciation knowledge taught in BhagvadGita and all great scriptures of this world. Arjuna was a warrior by profession he wanted to go Himalayas and do like you are saying, close his eyes and forget about it . And Krishna told him NO, you must do your duty, you must fight, you must use your bow and arrow, you must use your chariot, you must use your horses, you must use all the learning you have acquired that regards to fighting but do it in divine consciousness. And Dhuryodhana used the same things but in consciousness of greed and selfishness. So that is choice of life not to give up the things of this world but use them in spirit of devotion.  Any other questions?
 
Question - 22:30 You are asking what determines your next body.
    Answer : This is we can understand in principle but it is very difficult to understand the detail. The laws of karma are very intricate and very complex because is absolutely everything thoroughly taken into consideration. You have no choice what your next birth going to be after you commit your activities but you have the choice what activities going to do before hand, That will determine your next life. for instance if I go to the airport and I get and I board a Air India flight to London and then I take off , then I say to airline hostess I do not want to London, I want to go to Bangkok. Do you have choice going to go? You have choice before you boarded the plane once you board you have no choice. So similarly we have a choice what we were going to do in our life , which is going to  determine our destination. But after we engage in those activities we have no choice where we are going. This is a basic principle of law of Karma. You have a choice to touch fire or not fire, but if you touch fire do you have choice to whether you are going to be burnt? So therefore human form of life means to analyze before we act what the result would be . Shreyas and Preyas. Preyas is animal nature which means we simply act according to the immediate mans of senses. And Shreyas is human intelligence where we discriminate Is this good or Is this Bad? And we act according to what is to be ultimate good. So you are going to school you would probably having more fun not going school. You could just doing all sorts of fun games all day long. But you give up that and you accept hardship, Tapasya . You are making sacrifies saying No to what you like and saying Yes to you don’t like because future will give you something better. That is called Tapasya. That is the purpose of Human life . To understand what is the ultimate goal of what I do ? What I really want? And evaluating what we do on that basis not on the basis whether it feel good or not. So in this way we have the choice right now to make our own destiny. Man makes his own destiny. But after you make your bed you have to sleep in it.  Therefore let us try to understand what is the truth and let us with good intelligence and with proper guidance. And with a spiritual understanding of truth let us always pursue.
